Who knew making pasta was so… easy? And fun. I spent an entire day at the ever-amazing Zolli’s, helping roll and shape pasta, helping document that it took three people to do this (we didn’t have a clamp for the ole pasta roller), helping try to achieve ‘the longest linguini everrrrr!!’, helping eat bowl-fulls of pasta and delicious homemade meatballs and helping friends polish off a bottles of wine. All in all, the perfect way to spend a Sunday in February. And my self-deluded myth that making pasta from scratch was a hard thing to do… debunked! Woo.
